White chocolate cruesli cakes
- 25 grams (vegetable) butter
- 50 grams of honey
- 25 grams of walnuts
- 50 grams of oatmeal
- 75 grams of cruesli
- 35 grams of white chocolate in small pieces
Melt the butter and honey in a non-stick saucepan.
Add the walnuts, oatmeal and cruesli and fry for 2 minutes.
Remove the pan from the heat.
Pre-heat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius.
When the mixture has cooled, add the chocolate and divide into muffin tins.
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes and then let it cool.
You can also use dark chocolate instead of white chocolate.
Instead of chocolate, you can also use dried dates, figs or apricots.
