Our corona measures

Poster Corona measures in FranceYou may be reading this text because you will be staying with us soon. Or because you are thinking of making a reservation with us. Know that you are most welcome! The sparsely populated, mountainous Sancy Massif is a great place to spend your holiday.

It goes without saying that we take measures under Covid-19. And to protect yourself and to protect us, we also request a number of things from you. With - or better: thanks to - these measures it is possible to enjoy a your holiday. We have listed the measures for you. Progressive insight can make us need to update this page.

You are welcome from 4 pm, but if your apartment was not occupied prior to your stay, this can be changed in consultation with us. The burgundy front door only serves as an entrance. The back door (located between the 1st and 2nd floor) can be used as an entrance and exit. This way you will meet as few other guests as possible.

The wooden gate door, on the other hand, functions as an entrance and as an exit. This is possible, because it is completely outside and therefore there is a lot of natural air circulation.

There is a disinfectant gel at the entrance. We request that you use this if you want to borrow walking routes, walking guides or walking maps. The most popular walking routes are also available digitally.

At the entrance there is a poster with the general rules currently recommended in France.

We always keep a distance of at least 1 meter. This is the recommended distance in France. And before we show you your apartment, we wash or disinfect our hands.

When the weather permits, the back door in the stairwell is open for airing. We also request that you regularly have the windows of your apartment open during your stay. In warm weather you can do this in the morning. Then close not only the windows, but also the shutters; your apartment will stay cool!

Your stay

You will also find a disinfectant gel in your apartment - so that you can disinfect your hands as soon as you enter. Of course you will also find hand soap.

No bedspreads and blankets in stock in the bedroom – they can of course be provided on request.

If you want to have breakfast with us, you must be able to show a valid “pass sanitaire”.

What is a pass sanitaire?

  • A vaccination certificate (full schedule) from at least 1 week after the second injection (Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca) and 28 days after injection for Johnson & Johnson vaccines.
  • Evidence of negative PCR or antigen test less than 72 hours.
  • Evidence of recovery (PCR or positive antigen test of more than 15 days and less than 6 months).

You must show one of these three documents with QR code on arrival.
For 12-17 year olds, the health pass applies from September 30, 2021.
No compulsory health pass for children under 12 years old.

We cannot serve you breakfast without a valid pass sanitaire.

Because we not only have to clean, but also have to disinfect, we ask you to really leave the apartment no later than 10 am on the day of departure. You than have already paid for your stay. This can still be done in cash, but we prefer a bank transfer.

In addition to the thorough cleaning that we normally do, we take a number of extra measures. We disinfect surfaces such as counter tops and dining tables, door handles, light switches and remote control. We also use a steam cleaner for textiles and floors.

We wash the linen at 60o C.

We replace pillows and duvets as much as possible between stays. If you want to bring your own pillow, please let us know in advance. That saves us some extra cleaning work. The pillow protectors and mattress protectors are washed after each stay.

On the 2 terraces we can easily guarantee the recommended distance between different guests.
