It is impossible to get bored in the Auvergne. There is plenty to do and to experience in the immediate vicinity of Les Camélias. For instance, Le Mont-Dore is in all seasons an excellent starting point for hikers and trail runners.

Winter

In winter time Le Mont-Dore and the Sancy-massif are an ideal location for skiing, cross country skiing and snowshoeing.

Summer

In summertime it is a paradise for cyclists. Not only on the road bikes, but also mountain bikes.

On a motorbike

The stunning, calm roads are also great for motorbikes. Motorbikes can be stored in the lockable garage of Les Camélias.

Outdoor activities

Apart from this there are various other winter and summer outdoor activities which can be undertaken such as rock climbing. Furthermore there are plenty of less strenuous things to see and do and there are a great number of tourist excursions possible. And there is also our garden to laze out.
